Like this one a lot. Very nice upgrades throughout. Very pretty wrought iron from entry and inside. Super nice updated kitchen. Pool is 4-5 feet deep with infinity edge and sprinklers into pool. 3 med sized bedrooms. Large master with huge infinity tub. Giant walk-in closet. Very large wood landing at top of stairs. Combo living room/dining room off entry. Office/playroom at front of house with built-in book case. 3rd garage has wood laminate flooring and paint but is not otherwise finished. Natural shade in back yard due to position of house. Medium sized patio with room for table and toys/play house. Tiny bit of grass. Park very close by. Sides of house just for equipment storage, trash, etc. not usable for play.
