This huge house is less than 3 minutes to the 5 freeway and Cyndi says should only be 35 minutes to Burbank, which is about the same from the other houses like Rosewood and cottonwood. The deeper pool comes with a removable fence. No built in grill, but you could get a free-standing one. Pool has 3 small waterfalls - one from spa and 2 in side wall. Amazing views and good patio space on far side. Upstairs playroom. Big entry with open formal living/dining room with mirrored wall. Needs new carpet upstairs and some paint in the bedrooms. Huge master with giant walk in closet with sitting area. Think this could be a very good option for us. Bigger than we need, but lots of room to grow and room for visitors. Much lower price of $600 could allow for carpets and few updates as needed.
